1. Acceptance

By using this website (operated by Dr. Sampada's Dental Clinic), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is information

The content on this website — including service descriptions, FAQs, and blog posts — is general dental information. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a registered dentist. Do not act on what you read here without first being seen in person.

If you have a dental emergency, ring the clinic during opening hours on +91 79000 97145 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department out of hours.

3. Booking form

Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the time. Until we confirm by phone or WhatsApp, no appointment is held.

Cancellations: please give as much notice as you can. We do not currently charge cancellation fees, but missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book at short notice in future.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, photographs, and written content belong to Dr. Sampada's Dental Clinic or are used under licence. You may share links to pages and quote short passages with attribution. Do not republish substantial portions of the site, our patient photographs, or our clinical content without written permission.

5. Linked sites

We sometimes link to external sites (for example, Google Maps, regulatory bodies). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up-to-date, but we don’t guarantee it is free of errors or always current. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded — including any liability for negligence relating to clinical care provided at the clinic.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the “last updated” date at the top.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute relating to the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
